Internal Notes
This proposal includes the 15% early-adopter discount for the 2024 service cycle. Hardware implementation costs are deferred until the physical site inspection is complete.
Terms & Conditions
1. PAYMENTS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement of migration services. The remaining balance is due net-30 from deployment.
2. VALIDITY: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change based on significant hardware market shifts.
3. LIABILITY: PETHRAX is not liable for data loss during transition if client fails to provide adequate secondary backups as requested.
4. SUPPORT: Managed services begin upon final deployment sign-off. Response times are governed by our standard SLA (Service Level Agreement).
